Silvertip Apartments

Silvertip Apartments is a 115-unit multi-family rental property for low-, moderate-, and middle-income families located along the Clark Fork River. Its location provides quick access to area schools, shopping, grocery stores, community, recreational and medical facilities. Silvertip offers one and two bedroom apartments and over 95% of the apartments are for households with incomes less than 80% of the area median income.

Silvertip units come equipped with all appliances, including a washer and dryer in each unit, and each apartment offer access to a patio or balcony, and a dedicated storage unit. All utilities – including heat – are provided, except electricity, telephone or television services.

Silvertip was developed to maximize use of available space. Walkways provide access throughout the community. A community center with a small meeting area and place to gather is found at the center of the property. Residents will be able to use picnic tables and barbeque grills as well as two play areas, one focused for younger children use and the other for older children’s’ use will provide a place for families to gather on site.
