Simi Valley Samaritan Center

At the Center, homeless and nearly homeless can take a shower, get clean clothes, have something to eat, make phone calls, and receive mail and messages. Through outreach programs provided at the Center, they have access to public heath nurses, abuse counseling, job recruitment, social workers and more. The Center is here to help the homeless help themselves to become productive members of the community.

The insecurities of living without a home and the situations that contribute to this can leave people feeling very alone and without hope. The Samaritan Center exists to be a place where our clients can find the immediate assistance and developmental support they need in order to take the steps necessary to be responsible for their own lives. The Center’s greatest strength is personal contact with each individual, assessing his or her needs and networking with other organizations to meet each client’s unique needs.
