Anna L. Battle

Anna Battle is the owner and designer at Simply Anna’s Fashions & Creative Design. She is the leading fashion designer and one of South Georgia’s best seamstress. In addition Anna is a fashion consultant, stylist and event planner.
Anna has been designing clothes for over 20 years. Her name rings synonymously in Southern Georgia. However she has clients in various states and in Germany.
Her work has been featured in Valdosta Daily Times, Selah Magazine and Valdosta Scene Magazine. Anna has pilot various Fashion Shows for Valdosta Daily Times Administrative Day, South Georgia Natural Hair and Beauty Expo, Event 4 Women by Women and Juneteenth. Annually Anna showcases her work in her very own Simply Anna’s Fashion Shows. In 2008, Anna established the Katherine Hood Memorial Scholarship Foundation in honor of her mother. Scholarship are given bi-annually to aide students in their pursuant of success.

What sets Anna apart in this industry, she caters to all silhouettes and she has a winning personality. She has the ability to put her clients at ease. Here are two of her quotes “everybody wants to be where someone knows their name” and “you don’t have to look like someone else to be beautiful”.

During the summer months, Anna work with innovated future designers and seamstress in becoming the best of the best in the industry. She has also volunteer her time at career days at Valdosta Middle School.

Anna is an active member of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) Lowndes/Valdosta. She worships at Kingdom Builders Deliverance Center, Valdosta. She is married to the wonderful Edward Battle. They have three children and three grandchildren.
