Owner, David Simpson, has over 25 years of Auto Body Repair experience. He first began to work in the Auto Body repair industry by working for his father Dave during his Junior and Senior years in high school. After graduation he moved to Kentucky where he lived for a couple of years before moving back to Louisiana in 1995 after his first son was born. David furthered his Auto Body Repair training by working for Sun Auto Body under the guidance of the owner, Fern Ouellette. After several years he left and went to work for Ryan Chevrolet in Monroe, La. for a while before deciding to come back to work in Farmerville at Sun Auto Body where he worked until the owner decided to retire, close his business and move back to Canada. At that time David, upon encouragement of his family and friends and community members who knew him for his quality of work, decided to purchase the equipment and open his own shop - Simpson Auto Body - at the same location where he, along with his employees, have continued to provide quality auto body repair to their customers.

David is married to Angie Simpson, a life-long resident of Farmerville, La., and has two sons - Logan Simpson, who is a senior at Louisiana Tech University and Chase Simpson, who is a sophomore at D’arbonne Woods Charter School.

Simpson Auto Body Limited Life-Time Warranty
Simpson Auto Body hereby provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on repairs performed by the Shop. This warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the person to whom this Warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order.

This is a labor only fragmented four part Limited Lifetime Warranty, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:
Metalwork
Simpson Auto Body provides a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all metalwork, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs. (Warranted against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.) The Shop will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made as stated herein, unless caused by or damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Painting, Stripes, and Decals
Simpson Auto Body provides a LIFETIME WARRANTY on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and, a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The Shop will not warranty custom paint (neons, candy apples, etc.). The Shop will re-prime and repaint the specific sections of the vehicle warranted hereby (excluding rust repair), at its sole option, when claim is made on painting-related priming or paint work problems. The Shop will restripe or re-decal the specific sections of the vehicle warranted, at its sole option.
Mechanical Repairs
Simpson Auto Body provides a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage. The Shop will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within one (1) year of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Parts
Simpson Auto Body provides a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, unless manufacturer’s warranty is less, on parts installed by or at our Shop. (Please note: Shop warranty does not exceed Mfg. warranty). The Shop will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within one (1) year of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Specifically Excluded
Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this warranty.
Rust, surface rust, rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels is not covered.

This states all the warranties made by the Shop and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.

Customer Obligations
In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do the following:
Present the owner’s copy of this warranty document to the warrantor before requesting warranted repairs or parts, and have any warranted repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours.

This written warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Warranty Grantor. This warranty is not transferable.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY FOR
SIMPSON AUTO BODY

There is a $25.00 fee on ALL returned checks
(NO Exceptions)

In the event that a check has been returned, the
issuer will be notified and informed that they have
5 days to make restitution, including any related
fees to prevent any further collection activity.

A personal check will NOT be accepted as
repayment for a returned check.

(Restitution must be made in the form of cash,
certified/cashier’s check, or money order.)
