Only the freshest ingredients are used at Sinclair’s, where everything is homemade. The house special is the Tomato Stack, which was developed by Chef DJ. It is a panko covered tomato stacked with layers of scallops, crab, another tomato and shrimp sauce. In addition to lunch and dinner, Sinclair’s also serves a fantastic weekend brunch, with offerings like fish and grits and eggs benedict with crab cakes.
