Singing Birds Cabin

Singing Birds Cabin is a real log cabin, about 20 years old. The beams are hewn from beautiful wood and the floors are hardwood. The cabin is situated on 160 acres of mountain meadow. No other homes or buildings are visible from the cabin and the views are lovely.

Summer at Singing Birds Cabin is truly a slice of heaven. With long days of sunshine, wildflowers galore, hiking trails, swimming and boating nearby, great biking trials, you will never want to leave. All that sunshine provides much solar power for all your needs. You can also bring your horse for riding on various trails. The property is surrounded by bureau of land management property, so the hiking and riding trails are endless. And we have added this year a Pickle Ball Court! The court can also be used for basketball, volleyball or badminton. Pickle Ball rackets and balls are provided (along with game rules – if you don’t already play). Remember in the summer when it is 100 degrees in the valley it is only in the low 80’s on the mountain - Perfect for outdoor activities and sleeping!

Winter at Singing Birds Cabin offers a great escape from the world and an abundance of outdoor activities. The cabin is equipped with two pairs of snowshoes, just bring your boots! It is situated on 160 acres of gently rolling mountain pasture that is perfect for snowshoeing or cross country skiing. You may also bring your snow mobile to use either on the 160 acres or the surrounding snow mobile trails. A winter park pass is available for your use, too, should you wish to use on of the surrounding winter parks.

Singing Birds Cabin is a very romantic destination. With the fire glowing and the candles lit you will be ready to pop the big question or recall those special moments you have shared. You’ll find a bottle of wine and other special goodies awaiting you.

Singing Birds Cabin is a great place to explore the heavens. With the closest town about 20 miles away there is very little ambient light to interfere and the Milky Way is brilliant. It is also a perfect place to experience and view meteor showers. Most summer nights and many winter nights are cloud free. With 160 acres of lightly treed pasture, you can always find a spot to see any part of the heavens.
