Sister City of Lynchburg-Plus

For over a decade, Sister City of Lynchburg Plus has personally linked Central Virginians with citizens in other countries. Current partnerships established with two cities in Europe, Rueil-Malmaison, France (1996) and Glauchau, Germany (2007), have included numerous successful exchanges in both directions with students and adults in our community.
