Our signature Pure Form PFT program will be 30-40 mins of interval, cardiovascular, plyometric & strength training; utilizing free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, sand bags, TRX and other minimal equipment. Throughout the week, different muscle groups will be targeted to maintain muscle confusion. Our PFT method works to shock your body in the most efficient way.
