Sizzler

Sizzler is the 2nd longest running restaurant chain in America, and most people can recall a time when there was a Sizzler in their own hometown. Here in Flagstaff, many things about Sizzler have changed, but many have also stayed the same. We are still well known for our famous Salad Bar, our wide variety of American food including Steak, Seafood, Burgers, Ribs, and Chicken, and of course our World Famous Cheese Toast!
Sizzler #792 has been around since 1986, when it was opened by Mary and Ferrell Freer. They introduced Sizzler to Flagstaff with two locations- one on Milton on the West side of town- and of course our location on Historic Route 66. During that time the Freer's employed a young bus boy by the name of Scott Bromley- a young man who would come to eventually manage and own the business himself!
Today Sizzler is still serving up those same classic items, as well as plenty of new items! Our steaks are never frozen and hand-cut by certified meat cutters, our Salad Bar also features a hot appetizer bar, hearty soups, and decadent deserts, all made from scratch and with care by our own Salad Bar attendants. Locally owned and operated by Scott Bromley and his son Matthew Bromley, this Sizzler is far from just another chain restaurant. Each year we participate in many events that benefit the community. We hold an annual Scouts Day which benefits the Boy Scouts of America, we also offer free meal incentives to children in local schools, promoting learning and encouraging them to do their best. We have supported countless charity events, and served the Flagstaff community for nearly 30 years!
Being locally owned and operated is something that means a lot in a town like Flagstaff.
