At Sizzling Stone we don’t believe nutritious food and great tasting food are mutually exclusive! The beauty of the Dolsot Bibimbap process is that you get exactly what you ask for. Once we’ve assembled a bowl to your request, we will cook it directly in the bowl, allowing for all the unique flavors of the meats and vegetables to mix and enhance each other. The result is a filling meal that will delight your taste buds.

In A Bowl
Sizzling Stone embraces the ancient Korean culinary tradition of Dolsot Bibimbap, which translates as “stone pot”. We use authentic stone bowls to combine and cook vegetables and meats together. The stone bowl absorbs the heat, cooking and melding the flavors together in a very unique way. Nothing quite compares to the loud sizzle you’ll hear as your food continues cooking in the bowl even after it is taken off the flame.
