No longer do you have to travel to major cities like New York or Los Angeles to keep up with the Pilates trend, we bring it right to you! Our classes including Pilates-Barre Fusion, Piloxing, and SKY Pilates (also coined as Aerial Pilates) are sweeping the country by storm and are the hottest trending fitness crazes. At SKY Pilates Fitness, we offer these classes several times throughout the week in group exercise format but they are also offered in semi-private, and private lessons. We also understand that at its most organic core, Joseph Pilates (Creator of Pilates) had an amazing science to his fitness program. So to honor that and to cater to the traditionalists, we also offer classic Mat Pilates classes. In one studio, we bring you everything you need, we truly are a Pilates enthusiasts best friend.
