Sleepydust Slings

Welcome to Sleepydust Slings! We are a small, mama-owned business located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. We offer babywearing consultations to new and experienced wearers, both in person and virtually via Skype. We also carry a modest collection of babywearing wraps and slings suitable for new and experienced wearers.

Sleepydust Slings is the brainchild of Kelly Lillibridge, a babywearing educator living in Farmington, MN, a suburb of the Twin Cities. Kelly's babywearing journey began over five years ago when she wore her niece in a Bjorn. When her son, Julian, was born in 2011, Kelly knew she wanted to wear him, and began researching comfortable and safe babywearing options. Her stretchy wrap and soft structured carrier stash soon ballooned to include ring slings, mei tais and woven wraps, and her love of babywearing expanded to include a love of teaching new wearers the joys of carrying their children.

When not babywearing, Kelly is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), and enjoys spending time with her family, chasing after her toddler, and volunteering as a board member of ICAN Twin Cities (International Cesarean Awareness Network). Kelly also volunteers her knowledge and time with Babywearing International of South Metro Minneapolis, which meets bi-monthly in Minneapolis and the south metro area.
