The SRU Alumni Association is governed by board of directors elected by the membership of the organization. There is a five-member executive committee, 15 elected board members and 3 honorary members.
The purpose of the Association is to promote the welfare of SRU and keep graduates informed of alumni and university activities. To do this, we:
1. Provide scholarship assistance and fiance special projects for the benefit of the University and Association
2. Provide alumni publications, such as our e-newsletter, to inform alumni of the activities of the Association and University
3. By assisting the University a current record of graduates
4. By sponsoring education and social activities for alumni
5. By encouraging and developing individual and group interest in the University
6. By recognizing student, faculty, staff and alumni excellence through appropriate publicity and awards.
Alumni can purchase an annual or life membership to the organization.
