Personal and group training include goal setting, diagnosing fitness levels, and creating personalized fitness and health programs tailored to the specific needs of individuals, including rehabilitation from sports injuries. As a sports coach (football , basketball, soccer, lacrosse), I have worked with the range of abilities from beginner to advanced, teaching beginners how to play a sport or the experienced to refine their skills and prepare for a more competitive level.
