There are three categories of services in which I specialize: one-on-one personal training, group training, and sports coach. Personal and group training include goal setting, diagnosing fitness levels, and creating personalized fitness and health programs tailored to the specific needs of individuals, including rehabilitation from sports injuries. As a sports coach (football , basketball, soccer, lacrosse), I have worked with the range of abilities from beginner to advanced, teaching beginners how to play a sport or the experienced to refine their skills and prepare for a more competitive level. Furthermore, both coaching and personal training has required me to refine my expertise in motivational strategies to keep clients and students focused on their goals and progress.
