• Troubleshooting computer failures that have incapacitated or reduced your Computer system performance.
• Communicating to all customers in non-technical terms what created the problem, how to avoid its recurrence and what the diagnosis is.
• Providing quotes on work, obtaining customer approval for repairs and giving estimated time for completion.
• Provide advice on hardware and software purchases, installed and configured peripherals to include printers, cell phones and PDA that needs synching to computer system.
• Familiarity with Anti-virus software and malware that infects computers.
