At Smiling Dog Yoga, we present over 35 yoga classes each week in a variety of styles to serve the different needs of people of all ages and from all walks of life. It is our wish that each individual practice in his or her own way so that everyone will live a long, happy life, comfortable in their own skin and free from injury and pain.
