Located at 428 South 2nd Street, Smith & Porter is steps from the Stone Arch Bridge, Gold Medal Park, the only natural waterfall on the Mississippi River, and other local attractions, such as The Guthrie Theater, Mill City Farmer’s Market and Mill City Museum.

Executive Chef Kai Phanthavong has a love of food and exploration into how dishes are created and the effect that each ingredient and presentation has on the guest experience. Chef Kai has built a robust culinary background with leadership experience at Duplex, Masu Sushi & Robata, Tiny Diner and Libertine.
