Smith Family Care Home is licensed by the State of North Carolina. We are located in Bolton, North Carolina and serve Columbus County, and all surrounding areas. As a Family Care Home we offer residents private rooms with nursing assistance and help. Our staff is highly trained and qualified to care for and assist the residents of our assisted living facility. We understand the importance of creating a loving and caring environment.
