I caught the smokin' bug after moving to Texas from Alabama in 2006. My grandfather was well known around West Alabama for his cooking skills and smoking abilities. Not surprising, I took to it like a duck to water. This is a hobby, my passion, and my relaxation.
We are not a big operation but we are a damn good operation. Currently the largest crowd served has been 40.
We can accommodate any taste - if you like sweet better than spicy, spicy over sweet or somewhere in between, we've got you covered. My diversity comes from being exposed to Texas, Memphis, and Carolina styles of cooking.
