S.M.S. Contracting LLC. is a family owned and operated company located in Central New Jersey. Our company was started in 1996 by 2 ambitious brothers, with a dream of sharing their artistic skills. In 2014, Steve Szakacs became the sole owner of SMS Contracting LLC. and that same year our 2nd generation, Stephen Szakacs joined our staff Full time.

May 2016, SMS Contracting LLC. celebrated our 20 year anniversary in the Construction Industry. We continue to provide knowledgeable and professional staff and unlimited resources to complete your project on time and on budget. All of our professional partners are Licensed and Insured. We pride ourselves with our strong work ethic and the relationships we have built with our suppliers and clients. All of our projects are supervised by the Owner, Steve Szakacs, to provide you with the comfort of knowing we are there for any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
