We serve a diverse clientele, from senior men and women to bodybuilders to high school athletes and everyone in between. My goal is to make everyone who comes through the door feel welcome. New to Snap is Massage Therapy. You can now get a One Hour Relaxing, Trigger Point, or Deep Pressure massage for $50.00. You do not need to be a member to get a massage.

If you need direction setting up your program to target your goals, our highly qualified personal trainers and consultants can assist you with your fitness and sports training needs. We have a variety of equipment, including machines, free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, arc trainers, treadmills, and more, for greater training flexibility and variation so you don't get bored.
