Sneads Ferry CrossFit

MK1 FIT is Sneads Ferry's premier CrossFit training facility located minutes from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Topsail Island. We primarily focus on the CrossFit ideology of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements executed in a small group environment. MK1 FIT was founded in 2016 to provide the area a much needed wellness resource that was lacking in this fast expanding and diverse locale. Our goal is to provide the community a facility to congregate and improve one's self while building a close knit family of people who love to workout and support each other in all aspects of life. We pride ourselves on being able to diversify our training programs to meet the goals of all individuals from all walks of life and physical abilities.
