Social Work Consulting and Counseling (SWCC) provides several services such as training/workshops, organizational consulting, life coaching, clinical supervision, notary services, and more! Jessica Gurley-Randolph is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the state of Pennsylvania, a Pennsylvania state notary and owner of SWCC. Jessica has over 8 years of social work and mental health experience. What set Jessica apart from other social workers is her diverse work experiences. Jessica has had notable positive experiences working with children, teens, adults, older adults, and Veterans dealing with mild to severe mental illnesses, addiction, and intellectual disabilities. Jessica has worked for some of Pittsburgh’s most respected non-profit organizations. She has experience presenting to diverse audiences like professional social workers, Veteran Affairs (VA) staff, nurses, legal and county representatives. Jessica always communicates in a way that is culturally sensitive, and she is confident when presenting to expert professionals, and skilled at including new professionals. Jessica started SWCC with the mission of helping others reach their self-actualization through professional guidance and therapeutic motivation to act on their inner strengths.

Workshops

SWCC has developed workshops to empower social workers, counselors and mental health workers with the knowledge to navigate the Social Work field in a more prepared and efficient manner. Our Social Work Navigation Workshop has been an enlightening experience for social service professionals in all different stages of their career according to our workshop evaluations. Life Coaching

SWCC offers discreet and confidential traveling life coaching services to individuals in their homes or public spaces of their chose. Services include client centered and client driven therapeutic interventions that are evidence based. In a nutshell, your goal is our goal.

Organizational Consulting/Trainings

SWCC offers consulting for companies seeking an experienced innovative Social Worker who has worked in the field providing direct client-centered care, and has ability to shift others perspective. If you want an experience public speaker with a passion for all topics related to social work, give us call regarding your consulting needs.

Supervision

SWCC is authorized to provide supervision to social workers and professional counselors. If you or group is seeking supervision hours, call or email.

Notary Services

Jessica became a notary after witnessing many patients being financial exploited by those they trusted and witnessing families struggle with caring for their love ones because patients did not put their wishes in writing. In Pennsylvania, Notaries are authorized to complete seven different notarial acts: Affidavits, Verifications, Acknowledgements, Certificates, Depositions, Protest and Oaths. Jessica specializes in notarizing power of attorney forms and living wills. Jessica believe that everyone, regardless of age, sex, race, religion, mental or physical disability should have these documents complete to make sure their wishes are known before it’s too late.
