Whether you’re a seasoned fitness buff or a reluctant first-timer, SoloCicla is your home for inspiring spinning instruction, workouts and lifestyle coaching. Our customized classes are designed so that our members to work out at their own pace. We combine a therapeutic approach with a passion for our community to create the ideal atmosphere for your next workout. Our instructors bring years of combined spinning experience to our facility, and every one of them will have physical and emotional health top of mind.

Jacklyn founded SoloCicla in order to create a safe, supportive space for men and women to get healthy: physically, mentally and spiritually. Unlike your neighborhood gym, the instructors at SoloCicla are here in order to provide nourishing inspiration and to help you down a personalized path to well being – not sign you up for classes and up-sell you into memberships. Our studio is kept dark so that all you can see is our instructor and an immersive atmosphere of your choosing – such as mountain trails, among the clouds or even as a part of a spooky Halloween adventure! When you attend one of our spinning classes, you will feel like you’re the only one in the room.

Terminal illnesses have dramatically affected the founders of SoloCicla and their families. A few years ago, co-founder Jacklyn Enriquez’s mother was diagnosed with a rare vulvar cancer known as Malignant Melanoma of the Urethra. Jacklyn took spin classes as a way to deal with this challenging time in her family – spinning became her coping mechanism. And Jacklyn wasn’t alone – she met many people, some of whom became friends, who were also using spinning as a way to cope.
In honor of their loved ones and in support of a brighter future, SoloCicla is dedicated to providing in-kind and financial support to numerous charities that support research for terminal illnesses.
We are proud supporters of providence Roy & Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center. We will have a solo race for a good cause with our community, which proceeds will be given to individuals/ families who have been effected.
