Phil's Bio
For over 3 decades, Phil and teams serve in the across the U.S.. In prisons, homes, missions, and congregations, he has been active. As a businessman, father, husband, community activist and friend to the people of the city, state, nation, and world, he is effective in encouragement and training for thousands every week.

As a business builder, Phil has assisted companies in healthcare, retail, non-profit, insurance, and government increase both effectiveness and efficiency. Since 2014, we had been working on the ground in concentrated Life Skills and Parenting fixing fractured families and decreasing recidivism.

In 2000, Phil began working throughout the city in conjunction with the National Center for Fathering, Christian Businessmen committee, the Oklahoma Family Policy Council, and over 150 congregations. Several Father/Daughter Summits, business leadership luncheons, prayer events, and fathering seminars have included groups of congregations across the metro.

From 1983 to 2001, Phil worked among the people of the city on behalf of the Cathedral of Praise. From 1994 to 2000, he served on staff as Director of Operations assisting in the growth of the congregation from a 1500 member single culture mix to over 5500 member multi-cultural ministry. During that time frame he oversaw 57 major ministries with a volunteer team of over 450. Some of those included a 100 man prayer team and a mission distributing 20,000 meals a month with six services and 650 people in attendance a week.

Through SOLUM established in 2002 under the original name PrayerMetro, over 4000 pastors, business leaders, government leaders, and others receive encouragement and pray in unison across the world weekly. Some 3000 legislators in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, New Mexico, Montana, Nevada, and Missouri and 34 states are engaged in prayer and encouragement.
