We offer Yoga for beginners, Warm Athletic Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yoga Therapy. We also specialize in hosting weekend workshops and Teacher Trainings geared towards furthering your yoga journey.

Our Holistic Day Spa offers services such as Thai Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Reiki and Reflexology.
