Sooner CrossFit's mission is to provide a fun, safe, and highly effective training environment for people of all ages and fitness levels. From our competitive group training to our specialized individual programs, we offer a wide array of fitness options for the community. Sooner CrossFit offers expert, certified training in general fitness, weight loss and nutrition, athletic strength and conditioning, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and all levels of crossfit from beginner to advanced. Our staff has a combined 30 years of experience with backgrounds in group and personal training, collegiate athletics, and Naval Special Forces.
