BUTI is an empowering feminine movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body from the inside out. We train the core using the Spiral Structure technique created by Founder Bizzie Gold that transforms the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. It enables women to free their hips and free their mind.
Hot Core is a plank style HIIT (high intensity interval training) done with socks. It is not called Hot Core because the room is hot but because you are igniting your inner most core muscles to build deep core strength.
BUTI Sculpt is a HIIT workout using BUTI inspired moves for the high and yoga poses as the low. HIIT workouts kick your body into a heightened metabolic state for up to 36 hours strengthening and toning the body.
