SATURDAY 9-10am Fitness Conditioning class Lift to Thrive, functional fitness, fall prevention, core strengthening, proper posture, balance, breathing, stretching, and stress management. Some fitness equipment needed, Register at College of Continuing Education Services at the University of Hawaii at Hilo $60 for 10 classes.
