It’s relatable and real. It’s designed to open your heart, body and mind on a multitude of levels. I honor the deep and rich roots of yoga and keep it as fun and non intimidating as possible.

my intention is to create a space that is accessible to all, challenging to those who want to find a new edge. in these flow/power classes you can expect to start with a little pep talk, followed by fluid movement and creative sequencing all set to a perfectly curated playlist . i pride myself on fresh music selections, a good sense of humor and non intimidating atmosphere. Whether we are in the studio or on the beach, you’ll sweat, laugh, connect, and maybe transform. you will leave feeling chill, open and ready for what the world throws at you.
