Soul Sounds

I provide mindfulness and meditation coaching using several different methods and practices that I have learned over the course of 40 years from the many and expanding experiences that started with my own desire to heal, be well and to gain freedom from and for myself from limiting beliefs, behaviors, and obstacles in my life that have created for me a life of suffering, pain and chaos. My journey started at 9 years old with learning Transcendental meditation and for the last 20 years Zen Buddhism Jodo Shinshu Buddhism and the mindfulness practices of Naikan ( Japanese) Psychology. More recently I have been working with various instruments flutes, drums and vocals in the area of energy work and assisting a person or groups in raising their personal awareness and changing their perspectives, as well feeling and thinking states regardless of where they are at in life.
I combine a very non-traditional approach to silent meditation through my own created contemplations as well as guided meditations through several different modalities including vocal resonance, healing sounds of the flutes, and the primal states of the drum. All of these sounds in combination with meditation seem to speak to the soul and lift you up and put you in the proper frame of mind, body and spirit.
