Souper Groove 4 Moves to Labor Day Weekend
Souper Groove Music Festival - the hugely popular musically fueled campout that has taken place in Freehold, NJ for three years running - has moved to Labor Day Weekend (September 4-7), and is extended to 3 full days and nights.
Souper Groove, hosted by Turtle Soup, has been quoted by Spike TV as "NJ's party of the year!" and now festival attendees can experience New Jersey's finest talents amidst the extended Labor Day Weekend. "Every year, people ask for Souper Groove to be longer," says event planner Dave Caverly. "The move to Labor Day allows us to have 3 days of Souper Groove in the summer. More bands, bigger names, and later late nights. This year's Labor Day Festival is going to blow away any previous expectations of what Souper Groove is."
There are also a few more options this year, such as Thursday entry, allowing campers to get set up in advance, and 2 Day Flex Pass, which allows anyone to come for only 2 nights. All early bird passes are limited in quantity.
Gates open 9am on Friday, Sep 4. All patrons must checkout by 11am Monday, Sep. 7.
