South Palmers Chapel Stables

Hi, we are George Morris and Wanda Richardson and we are opening our land and facilities for horse boarding services. We have a six stall barn and approx. 7 acres under fence for grazing pasture. Our rate per horse is 150.00 per month for self-boarding. For the money you get this:
1. An assigned stall
2. Plenty of grass in the Spring and Summer
3. Grain room, tack room, and hayloft for bulk hay storage
4. Outside wash station
5. Exercise pen
6. Dry lot area for segregation
7. Wet weather lunging area
8. Heated water troughs
9. Pond
10. Stall fan
11. Water and electric
12. We live on site for welfare monitoring

All feeding, grooming, and care of the horse is the responsibility of the owner.
