South Perry Yoga, LLC at the Buddhio

South Perry Yoga at the BUDDHIO TM, is a collective, therapeutic movement arts studio, established in 2006.
Our instructors emphasize safe structural alignment, most having studied with teachers certified in the Iyengar and Anusara yoga tradition, and bring a breath of eclectic creativity from a variety of yoga styles and movement arts. Perusing our schedule of classes, you will find a number of community Hatha yoga classes including Yoga 'Newbies', Pre/Post Natal, Vinyasa Flow, i-Rest Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and gentler classes for those entering their 'golden years'. We are also the honored home to a variety of dance communities including, Nia, Soul Motion and Ecstatic dance, and host community concerts, Kirtans, and workshops. Private instruction is available by appointment for Therapeutic Yoga, Massage, and i-Rest Yoga Nidra with staff certified in these areas of expertise. Located in the heart of the historic and vibrant South Perry neighborhood, the "Buddhio" defines our endeared space, whose 108 year old existence holds years of treasured community memories. The "Buddhio Project", is an ongoing community supported effort to restore and preserve this important piece of architectural history.
