South Texas Barber College, Inc. has been licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations since 1978. This college is owned by the Famous International Guest Artist Star Johnny Garcia. South Texas Barber College, Inc. is in session twelve months of the year. Enrollment is on a continuing basis, with classes starting on Tuesday of each week. South Texas Barber College, Inc. offers training programs that are conducted continuously throughout the year. These programs include: Barber, Barber Technician, Manicurist, and teacher courses, South Texas Barber College, Inc. is an equal educational oppurtunity institution.
