We have trained kids, teens, adults, senior citizens, women’s groups, elite Special Operations units and even Law Enforcement organizations.

We also offer an excellent youth program that helps kids and teens increase their focus, confidence, and academic success!

Simply put, our goal is to help our members develop a strong character, a healthy body, and a peaceful mind.

We are the only authentic Jeet Kune Do organization in the CSRA. No other instructor or school in the entire area is authorized by us or any other higher organization to teach, instruct, or pass on Jeet Kune Do, Jun Fan Gung Fu, or JKD Concepts. Period.
