Southern Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program

Southern Colorado Family Medicine (SCFM) physician residency program is located in sunny, beautiful unspoiled Pueblo, Colorado. Our faculty members hold national AAFP and state leadership positions and include two Colorado Teacher of the year winners. SCFM holds dual accreditations for both allopathic and osteopathic 3 year programs. We are unopposed and emphasize one-on-one teaching. This gives our residents the opportunity to learn directly from the clinical faculty and specialists. Over half of our graduates stay in the state of Colorado and many serve in rural areas.
