Southwind Health and Wellness

Our beautiful facility includes a 7,000 square foot gym with an indoor, rubberized walking track. We have 3,000 square feet of cardiovascular and weight equipment and a 3,000 square foot basketball and aerobic area.

Southwind also has an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The pool is specifically designed for pool exercise and pool aerobics. The pool is four feet deep throughout with an access ramp for easy entry. We also have a large seated hot tub for after your workout.

Southwind welcomes members of SilversSneakers and members of Silver and Fit! Eligibility is based on whether your Medicare Supplemental policy is a participating insurance company. SilverSneakers and Silver and Fit covers a basic membership at no cost to you.
