Spa Botanica’s guest coordinators are available to assist you with reservations six days a week by completing our Contact Us form or calling 757-213-8510 during normal business hours. In addition, Spa Botanica offers convenient online booking 24 hours a day.

Book Online

Spa Botanica’s online reservation system is a quick and convenient way to check availability and confirm specific appointment times 24/7. Once your profile is setup and you have requested the services you’d like to reserve, you will be prompted to purchase a gift card equal to the full value of services being scheduled (system does not recognize membership pricing, promotions, etc.) Please complete payment within five minutes or your appointment will no longer be valid. The gift card will be on file for your upcoming visit and any remaining balance may be used towards service upgrades, gratuity, retail or a future visit.

If you would like to schedule spa packages, a couple’s massage, or do not want to pay upfront, please call the spa direct as these options are not available through online reservations. Once appointment details are communicated, a credit card is required to confirm reservation. (No charges apply until appointment day.)

Spa Botanica Cancellation Policy:

Your treatment time is especially reserved for you. Should you need to change or cancel a reservation, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for each treatment scheduled in your party. For example, if you have a couple’s massage or 2 spa services reserved, 48 hours’ advance notice is required for changes or cancellation. Otherwise, full treatment fees apply.

Minor Consent Form:

Spa Botanica requires that a parent/guardian give consent for their minor child to receive treatment from Spa Botanica. You understand that you are financially responsible for the minor and that you must schedule all appointments on their behalf. You grant permission that your child may receive treatment with or without your presence for any future treatment sessions.
