Spa Lady South Orange Fitness Center is centrally located in the center of South Orange, NJ. Spa Lady ensures results and success through exceptional costumer service, on-going one on one support and educational guidance. We are a full spectrum fitness facility featuring state of the art cardio and strength training equipment, full line of free weights, resistance training and spacious exercise studios. Spa Lady offers a variety of mind and body classes for all fitness level including Zumba®, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Kickboxing, P90X & much more. Personal Training and small group sessions are available from our NASM certified fitness trainers. We offer our members an approach to overall fitness, this includes access to Tanita Metabolic Testing, nutritional counseling and an overall team of experts to help them reach their fitness goals.
