Spark45 Fitness and Physical Therapy

Spark45 Fitness and Physical therapy is more than just another fitness or physical therapy studio. It is more than just a place to come to workout, get treated, or to work. Spark45 combines love of movement, passion for health living, building of community, and inspiring people to live their best lives possible. I want everyone that enters into Spark45 to love people there every minute whether they are coming for Lagree Fitness, Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Health Coaching, or WORK. Spark45 is a place where each person is invited to ignite their unique genius and share it with the world. Spark45 currently does not have a physical home, and it lives inside of me, Danielle. I am excited to take the next steps in creating Spark45. This page will be a place to keep up with the progress of Spark45 as I make my dream and vision a reality!!
