SpartaSports

An after school program dedicated to individual skill and sportsmanship through diverse group and individual training. We will play team sports and train in obstacle training to gain confidence in ourselves and our skills. We will be doing diverse sports like Taekwondo to improve balance and hand & eye coordination, Yoga/Dance to improve flexibility and leadership, Spartan Race to create confidence and stamina, CrossFit to build strength and agility. We will work and master skills in sports such as Football (catching and routes), Table Tennis (competitive spirit and accuracy), Baseball (throwing and fielding), Basketball (teamwork and speed). With this syllabus of diversity we hope to build character and achieve personal goals to create a student of sophistication and honorable values and leaderships qualities. We love sports and the experiences in training and character building that we have gained in doing diverse sports in our personal lives... We hope to pass this love and experience on. We want to generate "Finishers" with outstanding character and fine sportsmanship/ leadership qualities.
