Susan D. Pepe is a licensed Long Term Care Insurance Agent and is also certified to review and recommend State Long Term Care Partnership Programs.

She is the owner of Specialized Insurance Solutions, LLC.
She came to recognize the harsh reality of the emotional and financial burden that a long term care event has on a family when her Great Aunt suffered a series of strokes. With no advance plan other than the money in her savings the family started to look for a facility to move her to. Unfortunately, the first two nursing homes would not accept her because she did not have enough money in her bank account.

The third nursing home accepted her and she exhausted her bank account and went onto Medicaid (the medical public aid program).
Not having a choice about where her Aunt would have care is what gave Susan her true passion to help individuals and couples protect their independence while preserving their assets. Susan helps clients understand their options without pressure or obligation so they are able to make an educated decision on how they want to handle their long term care risk.
The American Association for Long Term Care Insurance lists her among the top in her profession. Susan resides in Flemington with her husband, Eric, and their dogs. When not working she is usually participating in a competitive dog sports activity.
