Specialty Strip & Oscillating, Inc. is a supplier of conventional slit, slit oscillated prime and ribbon-wound coils in cold-rolled low carbon, high carbon, alloy and stainless steel. We can slit your coils or provide slit coils, and we can provide #3 edging and #5 safety edging. Specialty Strip also offers warehousing services. Specialty Strip & Oscillating, Inc. provides coils with 20 to 25 miles of continuous strip with the following specs: up to 2-1/2" in width, coil weight of 5,000 lbs., face sizes 4" to 14", gauges from .009", welds annealed and ground, slit or deburred, straight patterned coil walls, and coiled on steel liners, fiber cores or spools.

Finishes are available in hot dip galvanized, Galvalume, electro, galvannealed or prepainted in cold-rolled strip and sheet.

Customers can run a coil uninterrupted for 10 to 15 times longer than with their conventional ribbonwound coils. This will eliminate downtime, coil end scrap loss, coil telescoping and tangling, which in turn is a cost savings, more efficient and increases productivity.
