Speed Central offers speed, agility and quickness programs. Training sessions are 90 minutes in length. In the first 60 minutes we focus on speed and agility, while in the last 30 minutes we focus on strength exercises.
Examples of drills we will use are: Explosive exercises, ladder drills, reaction drills, hurdles for knee drive and running mechanics, balance exercises, cone drills (for change of direction skills), abdominal workouts, and conditioning drills.
