Spice Bouquet

Spice Bouquet is locally owned and operated by Frank Crowley. He started the business in Ronkonkoma, New York (Long Island) in 1984. He then moved the business down south to Kinston, North Carolina in 2003. Spice Bouquet prides themselves on making quality products. Every product made and sold in the Factory Store in Kinston, NC is made from pure ingredients. Spice Bouquet offers a broad line of spices, herbs, seeds, seasonings and extracts which you can use to make many quick, delicious and healthy meals at home. In recent years, Spice Bouquet has introduced a line of rubs for the home chef. Rubs are blends of spices and herbs which the cook massages or rubs onto the surface of the meat, fish or poultry so that the flavors are infused into the protein. As the rubbed seasoning remains coated on the meat, fish or poultry, the resulting flavor is enhanced. Try some of our dry rub recipes. You will enjoy them. The dry rub seasonings are featured in the Spice Bouquet Cooking Classes held in our test kitchen in Kinston, NC. People really enjoy these rubbed dishes and they are generally AMAZED as to how easy they are to prepare.
