One bedroom, full bath cottage on 200 foot of private frontage on all sports lake 12 miles from Traverse City, MI. Summer rental is by the week and off season rental is available for a minimum of 3 days. Regular rates are 175.00 night, off season ( Sept.-May) is 150.00 per night. 300.00 refundable security deposit & 6% Mi. sales tax. No fees if you book directly with us rather than using a 3rd party booking site. We are 12 miles from downtown Traverse City, close to Cherry Festival activities, equestrian park and the Boardman river. Cottage sleeps 4, 1 bedroom with queen bed, new queen sofa sleeper in living room. 2 kayaks come with the rental & an aluminum fishing boat. A pontoon is available for separate rental.. We have some summer 2018 dates available yet but are filling fairly quickly. Spider Lake is known for it's friendly atmosphere . It is an all sports lake with a no wake rule from 7:30 pm to 10:00 am which allows those who want to canoe and fish quietly or those who want to explore the islands to do so quietly. During the day, those that like to ski, tube or ride their jet skis do so but there is always plenty of room for everyone who wants to enjoy these crystal clear waters.
