Every program includes online training which helps keep you on track with physical assesments and re-evaluations, before and after photos, nutrition and cardio programing, as well as descriptive in home resistance training programs to compliment our one-on-one training. Over 18 years of personal experience and 5 years of professional, backed with a BS in Exercise Science (Fitness and Nutrion) and dual CPT certifications.
