The Spine Institute of Arizona, established in 1998, consists of highly trained neck and back specialists integrated into helping our patients regain their mobility, comfort, and function. Together our team of specialist create a unique multidisciplinary approach allowing us to offer the patient comprehensive spinal care for both neck and back conditions. We understand that neck pain and back pain is a life-altering condition and each patient is an individual with specific needs.

We are providers for all Arizona worker's compensation carriers, as well as Medicare, and most major commercial insurance plans (HMO/PPO).
