Spinning Babies adds 3 Principles to Optimal Fetal Positioning: Balance, Gravity, and Movement.
In labor, after activities to improve maternal balance (release what's tight, support what's loose, restore what's twisted) then we use the 3 Level Solutions to make room for baby with Gravity and Movement.
No manipulation of the baby, rather we make room for the baby through maternal self care muscles, fascia, and aligning joints through exercise, activities, and bodywork. Baby often reposition themselves into an ideal starting position for easier labor after body balancing.
